The meeting again

Such a great joy!We had one more possibility to meet our kids in other orphanage and to conduct the Bible lesson. We are so excited and so glad that again met them and could say what tells the precious God's word.

It so warms heart and gives hope. This such blessing to know, when children wait for you. We couldn't visit this orphanage last Saturday(as we visit these kids usually). When we arrived this time, children were so glad, and asked why we didn't arrive last week. And as all the time hugs, kisses, hundreds questions.It`s such a perfect and great joy to see these sweet souls again.We missed them so very much!!!

We had good time with kiddies.

At the beginning we congratulated who had birthdays, them was many this time.Oh, how they were glad of their gifts! Some children hid them to themselves closer to heart, others rejoicing, showed to the friends their gift. Some children so strongly wanted to receive a gift that invented their date of birth, if only to receive something.

When we sang the song, which they very much love, remembered what the last time and other earlier Bible stories learned, we could continue studying following according to the plan of history.All of us rejoice to "travel" according to the Bible, studying great heroes and what the Lord speaks in His word.

So, this time we had a story about the great prophet Elisha and about his many miracles, which our alive God created through him.

One of by miracle was, when the Syrian captain Neeman, he was healed having plunged in the Jordan river.(2 Kings 5) 

 As we had already printed Neeman's picture and laminated, (we made in advance) that wouldn't become wet in water. We drew leprosy by a felt-tip pen and when dipped into water, it was easily washed away. Children simply admired! "Look! Look! He already has no leprosy!" They love it! :)

Children VERY much love puzzles! To make it more fun, interesting and useful. We made big puzzles having printed with help of the printer and having stuck together sheets of paper among themselves. Then it covered with a scotch tape that could serve long and in other orphanages. We didn't laminate, because there is no such big a laminate and it costs a little expensively. Also picture would become very rigid. That would make problems at transportation. After all, all things to occupation with children, we carry with ourselves. Therefore for us it is important that would be not only it is colourful and interesting to children, but that we could carry it in public transport or in our mission van.

Who from children gave the right answer on a question on stories about Elisha, had the right to attach a puzzle piece to the overall picture. It was fun!

Then we studied the Bible verse."But without faith it is impossible to please him." (Hebrews 11:6)KJV

I like something unusual and interesting for children. Therefore having printed big picture and having painted by color pencils. We made a verse unusual. On clouds we pasted cotton wool, leaves of a palm tree, made of a foam and to a fiery chariot pasted a crape paper. It took certainly the whole day that to make. But children loved it! And for us this most important that they would like to study Bible verses, to hear stories by means of different interesting materials.And it`s blessing for us. :)

At the end we did a craft Elijah on chariot of fire with the Bible verse that children could remember history and the studied verse. All were very occupied. :) The room was full of children and it wasn't easy with discipline.

But children were delighted with the craft! They were excited very much  and  with pleasure did it. Especially they were struck when the wheel and a chariot could move."Wow!" :) We attached it with the help of brads fastener.

I so excited and so thankful to a friend, who sent to us this Craft book, Bible Stories and Crafts(old and new testament). I LOVE them!Crafts are easy and just perfect for our kids.It helps a lot to save our time, when we prepare for Bible lessons and is such great blessing in many ways.

 

It was so sadly and heartbreaking know that 12 new children arrived to this orphanage in the first class(grade) and some new children in other classes. So painfully  to know that many children on summer vacations having been at home, were hungry and parents absolutely didn't care of them. The majority of children of this orphanage, the social orphans, which parents don't worry and absolutely of them don't care. Therefore children remain on the street hungry, dirty, start to tramp, to steal, that somehow self to support.

They feel lost

  sad

 without hope

 and unloved...

 Please, pray God protect these children.Pray they love to hear the God`s word and Jesus change their hearts and lives.Pray, that they will understand, if parents abandon them, they have Heavenly Father, Who never leave and loves them more than they may think.

I`m rejoice!

I`m rejoice and praise the Lord!I`m happy very much! I Excited and  thrilling!What awesome God we serve!

Let me start this post by saying what a wonderful Saviour we serve! He is so good! He gives us love, strength, peace, power, grace, wisdom, encouragement and joy! He gives us friendship and such wonderful and dear friends!
I want to say thank you SO much for reading updates of blog, sending e-mails and for praying for us in these very hard days in our lives with my beloved sister.It`s such a blessing reading your lovely and warmly e-mails.It melts our hearts because of your Christ love. And brings us encouragement and gives strength to serve the Lord on His field.

No, the trouble with burned house of our mom having not decided yet.It will take many months or even a year or more...Depends how Lord will lead and bless. 

But I`m ok, thankfully of your many prayers.It`s such a blessing to know how many wonderful and loving brothers and sisters in Christ, praying today with us.What a blessing to know that not only in Ukraine but in other countries many Christians lift up their voices to the Lord Jesus.Thank you very much for your prayers!We appreciate it VERY much! 

Here I would love to share with you about a great and many blessings we had today!God is so good!I have not shared yet with you about visits of orphans we had last week.I just had not time.I very hope soon to do that.There is as blessings and heartbreaking moments also.

I will begin in stages.

In the morning, when we prepared for a trip to an orphanage, the calorifier(what gives us a hot water) has ceased to work and as a result there was not hot water. That it is interesting at first worked, and then has suddenly stoped. We with the sister, began it twisted, twirled, tried to repair as that. Nothing helped. At the wrong time. I should wash hair. I wasn't ready to a trip. Again attacks of a Satan? Again obstacles? We with Oksana have smiled, as was a little ridiculous that some days ago we have one trouble, now the next headache. I have started to think. Oh, no! I have not time already. And now also the calorifier it is necessary to be engaged, cause the service-man that would look and has repaired. But when? What day? We have started to pray for that to the Lord. Have gone have tried to make something. Do you know what? It has worked! What a blessing! Yes, certainly we were late for the bus by which usually we reach in this orphanage and have arrived after the usual, probably 40-50 minutes later. But it wasn't a problem. We rejoiced that the calorifier works, we have a hot water and we had enough time to be with kids! The glory to the Lord that He hears prayers!

Next blessing.Some kiddies already had a nap, as we have arrived later.But a teacher had let us take some kids to Bible lesson.When they have seen Nadya, they began to cry because of joy, huged and kissed her.They dressed just in moment! :)

Today meeting was very unusual.

Children asked many times why we haven't arrived last Friday. We weren't here, because of weather.It was very much and very cold. Oh, how we have been surprised when they have told that cried for us because so very much wanted to see us! Also they spoke that pray for us every day. Really, it overwhelms and melts heart.I wanted to cry at this moment.Those, who are left by the parents, those who need a love, a consolation and prayers, they pray for us.Isn`t a blessing to know how they love?How you can not love these God`s treasures?It`s so sweet.They are so precious!

 The next.An One girl the moment later has come and has called me to a corridor.She strongly having huged me, has told that very much has missed. Also she has told, that looks every day at a picture where I am with her and she loves me. It has melted my heart absolutely and my eyes were filled with tears. Certainly having huged her in the answer to her, I also have told that I love her very much and I pray for her.

 The problem consists in that almost 9 months ago when we gave gifts to graduates of an orphanage and had with them last meeting. I have noticed that Nastya sat aside and cried. Having approached to her, I have asked what happened. And she has told to me that at this day she found out that her father doesn't want to take away her on vacation to home and he has left her for ever. Having let know to the director, let does with her what he wants. He doesn't want more to see her and to her destiny he is indifferent.The mom she didn't see many years and she doesn't know where she is.Also Nastya has some brothers and sisters who are in different orphanages now too.What do you think, what she felt at this moment? Listening to her family situation, tears have acted at me in eyes. It was very heavy and heartbreaking to listen to it. My heart was squeezed from it. How? What for? Why? How I can help?

When summer vacations have begun, she has been sent to hospital to live there some time because in the orphanage  would be nobody that will take care of her. Having learned that she is in hospital. I spoke with the director that to take her to my home. He has told that when she will stay at my home and I will return her  back in some time, it will be still bigger stress for her. So in the beginning of summer, some times I visited her in hospital. And our sisters visited her also. The director cared of her that she wasn't on the street. So throughout summer she was in several different places. Such, as this lovely girl Nastya, hundreds and thousand children in orphanages. They go home on vacation, but they aren't waited there, also they aren't desired there. Therefore many children escape from the homes, in search of something better...

 Here is I with Nastya at first day her being in hospital. When I just arrived to her.She has let me know.That she cried all day and prayed that I will come to her.I was so surprised to hear that and God answered her prayer!What a miracle!

Also today Nastya has expressed desire that Jesus has saved her and has changed her life.WOW!What a joy and blessing!I`m so happy for her!

She is 14 years old.In several years she will graduate this orphanage.But where she will go, I have no idea...Please, pray for Nastya and so many same kids, as she is...

There is more. In the beginning of our meeting several children have asked us about something (do not remember) and our conversation was about soul salvation, about a meeting with the Lord etc. Children was concentrated, sat so silently and so attentively listened more than ever in life! Even the most disobedient prankishes sat very silently and the behavior was wonderful.We were surprised so very much! I felt, as the Lord conducted and as if words come out  from my lips, as if it was told not by me. I have understood that the Lord conducts this meeting and the fine moment what to make an invitation to children about soul salvation. Children have started to pray and ask that the Lord has saved them and has changed their life. What it was a joy and such great blessing when we have learned that 15 more children asked Jesus to rescue them!We were soooo happy!It seemed that we are in the Heaven already!What a blessing!!!

This lesson was a bit unusual, that we have made a craft in the beginning. It was also good object lesson.They were very excited to make their own crown. :)

A boy with Birthday gift.We had 2 birthday kids at this time.They loved their gifts!

 Especially children liked to make crown because they could to adorn by glitter.They loved it so very much!

 Aren`t they sweet and lovely?

 Kids enjoyed their own crowns very much.They said all time: "I`m king!" or "I`m queen!"They were so proud of themselves!It was funny. :)

As we speak about the first kings of Israel. Children spoke, well when we already learn who was the third king?

So, they were ready to listen a Bible story.And it was perfect!I was glad to hear they were interested to know about third king.We spoke about king Solomon and about his wisdom.They loved this story very much and listened very attentively!

We used here these figures.

 As I wouldn't want that figures simply stood. It would be desirable to make something unusual. Thanks to the computer, the printer and brads. I have made so the soldier hand can move. In the history when king Solomon has told to split the child on two parts to learn, where the real mother of the kid. I have raised a hand of soldier there with the kid that he was already ready to make an command of the king. Before the hand of the soldier has been hidden behind his back.Children liked it very much.

 But they were more AMAZED when have seen a house of the Lord which built Solomon!Wow!Let us to see!What is that?

They wanted to touch, consider what inside and asked tens questions. They wanted to view each detail there. "It`s  something great! And it was constructed by Solomon?"- children asked.They were excited and amazed VERY much!

When we have learned with them a new song The wise man built his house upon the rock, we played game on fastening. Nadya asked questions on story which they listened. Those who has answered correctly, had the right to attach a puzzle of our big picture. We named this game, "Help to construct to Solomon the house of the Lord". As children very much love puzzles. This game for them was excellent.They enjoyed this game very much and answered on questions correctly.And we were very glad!

Also in the end we gave them candies.Oh, how they were excited!You know how kids love sweets. :)

We were so happy by this meeting with these precious kids and our hearts were full of joy, so many blessings and sweet moments!!!

But when we came back home, we prayed strongly in our hearts. Because a driver was seemed drunk, also the bus get here and there. It seemed that the bus somewhere will move down aside or will turn over. Now very strong frosts in Ukraine. And for this purpose that to be warmed, many people drink vodka that as a result costs to life of other people. Pray please for our trips and that the Lord would send warm weather because many people suffer because of these frosts and die.But thanks God we got to homes, safely.Praise the Lord!

Having visited them and having shared our love

Last week we could visit an orphanage where have been recently and we were invited for their special holiday.As now is season of holidays in Ukraine and in whole world too. :)

We were very happy to see these sweethearts and have shared our love with them.They had songs, poems, theater play, etc.You could see how children worried because in hall was a big crowd.But they did it very well!

In the end of program when director of orphanage told to children that we came to see them(most of them did not know we came and we were sitting in the end of hall), hall had vivified and buzz began there and they all began to clap up hands.They were excited to see us!It was such blessing!

When director of BOM had let them know we will not have program as every time,so kids were upset.So, we did not have program because was not time for it, they needed to go for dinner.But director of BOM, brother Misha could speak some and share the Gospel a little.

In the end we could to give them packing of candies.It was such a blessing for kids!God has blessed us and we could to share this blessing with over 190 orphans!We had 4 full boxes of candies!Wow!

What a blessing was for our sweet little friends!

We were so happy to see these sweet kids and give them our hugs and having shared our love!Children were happy not smaller than we to see us.

We learned that several kids are at hospital.As this hospital is in other city but it`s not far from this orphanage, we wanted to give our love and hugs to those who lonely and think they are forgotten by all.Do you know when orphans are at hospital nobody visits them? :(

When we saw them they had let us know that have no toys to play, no books to read etc.And they feel bored there and want to home.A sweet one Vova even weeped , he wanted to see his grandmother and a nurse could not comfort him.She told us that.We were sorry to see them in these conditions.Think only moment, you are sick, nobody visit you, you have nothing in hospital room, only beds and several sick on them and you feel lonely and bored.Nobody visit you while you there, nobody bring you something, no tell you warm words and no give hugs.It`s very sadly. :(
But in little later Vova laughed.We gave presents to boys from Jesus.Did they were glad?Absolutely!!!

Vova liked box from candies and he asked to give it to play.

While we spent time with boys, they felt so well that even began to play with brother Misha :)

When we said goodbye, boys looked happy and excited.We were glad to see their smiles and joy on faces.
It was sadly to leave them there...We can only pray for them that God will keep them in his hands, to care about their needs,will heal them and protect from evil.

We came back to home late but were sooo blessed to visit orphans and having shared with them our love and Jesus love.

Meeting with smallest precious cuties

The Lord Jesus has blessed and gave opportunity to our team visited smallest kids we serve.

This is Children`s Home where are about 60 precious cuties 2-7 years old.They all are mental healthy and  there about 20 kids who can be adopted.When children come to 7 years old they transfer to study and live to an orphanage.Where they meet many troubles, trials, tears, fears, indignity, insults and etc.

How it can be that this darlings and beautiful children meet these terrible things and much much more?

How it can be if a boy or girl crying, their tears cleans by not mommy or daddy but someone else?

Why no one does not read Bible or tell stories about great  hero of Bible before the night?

Why they do not have own doll or car or any other toy?

Why these cuties do not know who is mammy or daddy and do not know how to be in family?

Why they do not know and do not feel kisses and hugs of parents?

Why these small precious kids do not get Birthday gifts, never do not eat cake, sweets,  not blew out candles and do not have friends who can celebrate their special day?

You can not look at them without tears of sorrow...

Many and many same questions you can ask. It is very heavy to answer...It is heavy burden in our hearts about these nice kids. One i know Bible says: "...and the whole world lieth in wickedness."  1 John 5:19(b)

One cute boy told us, when we asked him: "Do you want to be in the heaven with Jesus?" He answered: "Yes and  I would like to meet there mommy and daddy."
Can you imagine it? These little beautiful kids all time think about their parents! Sometimes when we come they ask us: "Did you see my mommy?" "Why she did not come with you?" or you can hear "Are you my mommy?" and twitches your hand or your skirt and looks at your eyes fixedly.
What we can answer to them? What we have to tell them where their parents?Oh, it is so heavy...very very heavy...It crush your heart...

That is why our team comes to visit these abandoned and darling kids.That is why we try to tell them about Who never will leave them, He loves and cares about them.All comfort and piece they can find only in Him. We love them so much! Oh, how they are precious and sweet!

So, what our team did with these little cuties?

When kids saw our Director Misha outside, they started to run toward him and huged like bees of honey.Misha could not move and thought  that he will fall down in a moment. It was soooo funny! Oh, how they are sweet!

Before children came to the hall where we usually have meeting with them, our team was preparing for program.

When children came to the hall and saw our team, they were glad! They knew that the puppet show waiting for them and something special!They were smiling and took their places on chairs to sit down. Some were spanking by hands and said WOW! They were much exciting!

This time we told them Bible story about Daniel in den. Sisters have chosen kids who helped in story and have played acts of heroes.

I think our king Darius is perfect! :) He is sooo cute! Is not he sweet? And all kids did great job during story!

They like it much!All children did enjoy by this story!
Also kids have played a game where they needed to burst a balloon the way they wanted and will find tortile piece of paper.

Words of Bible verse were written on piece of papers. When children have found all words, they learned Bible verse.

And as all time they all wanted to play this game! Children love balloons! Sometimes it is heavy to choose a child for a game!

Here is short video of this game.It was funny when a girl needed to burst a balloon.But she started to play with it! How is sweet! And how a little boy decided to help her to burst the balloon.They are so funny! :)))

Also children were able to play in game "Pin a tail on the lion".There are were many kids who wanted to play!

And in the end of the meeting the team gave candies to children.

Oh, how they love sweets!They were glad to get it!

Our dream and wish is to present to them much more, not a one candy! Are they did not deserve much more gifts or sweets?
God wants to give them much more! We are not able and we need your helping... Please, will you bless these precious, darling and beloved kids? Thank you!
