Thorny and wonderful path...

 It is sometimes difficult to understand why God allows trials and hardship. Awful pain, many tears, helplessness, confusion, many questions "Why?"... But no matter how hard the Lord is always there! He knows the pain of our heart. He never leaves, but supports and shows His hand! It is important to learn to see these blessings in difficult times and thank the Lord. But it could have been worse! The three youths Shadrach, Meshach and Abdenago were on Furnace of fire. But the fourth was with them - the Lord! The Lord is always there in fiery trials! 

  Two and a half years ago, little Elijah fell ill with Rassmussen's encephalitis. Elijah spent almost a year in the hospital. Every day he got worse and the doctors gave disappointing forecasts. We were told  it was necessary to operate on the baby and remove part of the brain to save life. It was unbearably painful and terrible! We found the only neurosurgeon in Ukraine who performs such surgeries. We raised the necessary funds. But something constantly prevented the surgery! Elijah's frequent illnesses, measles in the hospital, doctor's trips abroad and other factors. All we could do was entrust the Lord with the life of a baby. We could not do anything and felt helpless ... Time passed ... Elijah was melting before our eyes and slowly leaving ... It was scary and terribly painful. It is scary that the kid was innocent of anything and so much pain from the loss ... We will never forget the time and words when all the hospital staff told him only a few days left to live ... We counted the hours of his living to the Lord ... Elijah was the first baby in our region with such a diagnosis. Doctors were scared, some nurses were afraid to help seeing how the baby was suffering. They did everything they could ... We prepared for the worst. But Elijah continued to live! 

   Last summer the BOM team was preparing for a trip to the United States, to give a report and meet with sponsors and dear friends. Everything was going so great and smooth! Many were waiting for us! We saw many blessings and were confident that this was the will of God! Our joy and delight knew no bounds! It remains only to get a visa for Pastor and BOM Director Misha. And what was our surprise when he was refused a visa! God, how is that ?! You started to bless... We have not seen the slightest obstacle! And here is such a surprise! It was somehow strange ... We saw how God blessed absolutely everything! And here is a bright "No"! And you know what ?! In the midst of this incomprehensible situation, God gave us peace in our hearts! 

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.(Phil.4^6-7)

We could not understand and only trusted Christ. So, God had a different plan. 

  We understood when 3 weeks later, our Brother in Christ was admitted to the hospital due to poor health and was preparing for a surgery. A doctor said that he did not give a chance for improvement and even for a life! Exactly one month later, we learned and understand what relatives and friends feel when they hear the word "Cancer"... To be continued...

SAVE the LIFE of the PASTOR!!!

   For almost a month, Pastor Misha underwent various medical examinations to confirm the diagnosis of cancer and the presence of metastases.

Thanks a lot to everyone for participating!!! Med.examinations are VERY expensive and we would not be able to do this without your participation! THANK YOU! Thank you a million times for your Christian love and generosity!!!♥♥♥ Your love and care humble our hearts.We praise and glorify God for His mercy to the Director of BOM !!!

Yesterday was the last necessary examination and final consultation with a doctor before the treatment.
We found that Pastor Misha has stage 3 esophageal cancer. :( The tumor is large enough 5.5 cm, and the doctor said to grind all the products on a blender so that food does not irritate the tumor.

 The doctor said that it is urgent to start treatment, otherwise it may be too late ... We asked to wait at least a month to raise the necessary funds. But the doctor said that waiting a month it is a lot! When a week ago or so the Pastor did the PET and CT showed that something was wrong with the lymph nodes on the right chest. But what was our great surprise yesterday that there are NO tumors and metastases in the body! :) Praise God for His mercy !!! Brother Misha is on a strict diet, refused many foods and is trying to do everything to become healthy again with the help of the Lord. 

 

 We need $12,000 more to start the treatment! For us it is a lot of money! But not for the Lord!We will update on Thermometer on the right side of the blog. Since brother Misha will be treated in an Israel clinic in Kiev. Thank God that not in Israel but in Ukraine! Here the treatment is much cheaper!!!

The amount includes 28 radiation and 6 chemotherapy, necessary and additional injections, hospital stay, 1.5 months living in Kiev while treating, transportation, special nutrition, vitamins, repeat examination after treatment and so on. We really hope that this will be enough for next 4-5 months of treatment.

 We plead the Lord to fill all the necessary needs and send funds on time! We cannot start treatment until all the necessary funds are available! Pastor's life is in DANGER! Please, help SAVE his LIFE so that he can serve his Savior with new strength and health! Today, he continues to serve the orphans and the church as much as the our Heavenly Father gives strength. But cancer is an insidious affliction who eats up the body from the inside and our brother in Christ often gets very tired. :(

URGENT PRAYER REQUEST for Pastor and BOM Director!!!

   Today many churches preach about the support of lonely, widows and orphans. Many churches, fulfilling the command of God, have these ministries. And that`s great! But what if the church itself consists of orphans, who needs help and support?
  Our Bible Baptist Church Charity is extraordinary, different and consists of 80% of orphans. We praise the Lord for His mercy and the opportunity to serve the orphaned kids in the local church!We do not have a Sunday, so that there is no new soul or orphan! Praise God!!!

  After the service, we have a little fellowship over a cup of tea and a small snack. Many are undernourished because the life of graduates of orphanages is very hard and salaries are very small, barely enough for food. Most don`t work. Many come to not only eat, but also make new friends or even just chat.

  With absolutely broken hearts, we inform you that Pastor Misha has esophageal cancer... This is shocking and horrible news for BOM staff, church, friends, and many who know brother. This what we never ever expected...

  Last week doctor said to do the surgery immediately, otherwise it may be too late... He said everything is REALLY bad... When bro.Misha eats he cannot swallow the solid food, he began to get very tired the last six months, lose weight, severe chest pain and so on. The doctor said, if you want to live.., you must be in the hospital today immideiatly! 

  Bro.Misha was at hospital a week already. He passed some medical and a biopsy test. He was going to have the surgery this week. But the doctor does not guarantee that this will help... and pastor saw many people who die in several month after surgery. 😢 So, no surgery this week.The government hospitals are not well and medicine is very, very poor in Ukraine. That`s why many people die there...

 You must undergo some medical tests without anesthesia, which is very painful. As pastor Misha swallowed the probe last week. He said that it was very painful. Doctors could not insert the probe into the esophagus and were forced to fill his stomach with air. Brother Misha says that it was like a torture, but he suffered because there was no way out. Other tests were also painful. 

  Also, the attitude of medical workers is not very good. They can humiliate you and not fulfill their duties properly. Medicine in public hospitals is free. But this is only on a "piece of paper". People have to pay big money almost like in private clinics to stay alive. Private clinics have much better care, medicine, attitude of medical workers etc.

But despite all this, Pastor Misha could to witnes about Jesus Christ to 5 men who were in hospital room with him.

For today brother Misha was discharged so that he could be examined in Kiev. We very hope this week he will see other specialist.

Cancer.., this sickness is the first time that we have faced and much to learn and go through... We don’t know at what stage the cancer is... It is also not known whether he will have surgery or some other treatment. If you have experience in treating cancer in a non-traditional way, doctors you know, friends who can give advise, anything, any help.. We will be very thankful!

For today, please pray for peace and calm in the hearts of the BOM team. The next few months will be very difficult for all of us... We need the grace and mercy of God. PLEASE, pray that the Lord will bless with wise doctors, arrange everything and send the necessary funds as everything is not cheap...Pray for pastor Misha, for his healing and for grace of God. Pray that God will have mercy and prolong life to brother Misha! We CAN`T imagine what would happen to the local church and the service of the orphans! We have NO ONE to replace him!!! Only he holds BOM and the local Church!!! He serves hundreds, thousands of orphans and the lonely. He brought hundreds of people to Christ! He is loved by many! Praying for a MIRACLE!!!

Tomorrow surgery

  Finally! Finally tomorrow will be the surgery of little Elijah at 10.00AM (Ukrainian time)! Praise the Lord!!! THANK YOU so much for your prayers and financial support !!! Parents are VERY grateful to all of you!!! ♥♥♥

  For various reasons, the surgery was postponed. God knows the best time.Often due to the fact that the baby felt not well. He was constantly in the hospital and often in intensive care... Only recently, he spent a month at home, which was a real miracle!

 The doctor warned us that the surgery is very complicated and we all should to be ready for everything... He explained that they would separate the two hemispheres of the brain and it will last at least 10 hours... That is Elijah can live with one half of the brain. Speech, brain activity, intellect, movement of parts of the body are all preserved. Of course, the little angel will need a long time for rehabilitation...

  We do not know how much time and money it will take to rehabilitate the baby... It is very difficult to say. We know that only about $700  will be spent on the 5 day intensive care of the boy after the surgery. The operation itself will cost $3,000. In addition, a lot of the rest of the spending on medicines, tests and much more. 

 Also, the father of the family cannot go to work as he is at home with their little daughter Diana, while Stela and Elijah are in the hospital. Therefore, the family is starving and without means of subsistence...They don`t receive any social assistance and payments from government to support the family. Our goal is to raise $3,000 for the rehabilitation of Elijah and food for the family for the first time until Vadim gets a job. This poor family that has gone through soooo many challenges needs support and encouragement! 

Could you please bless and show the love of Christ? Every little gift of love is a huge blessing for this sweet family!Elijah dreams to start walking! We really hope that the surgery will be successful and the baby's dream will come true! We ask you to pray earnestly for the Lord to send all the necessary means to the boy and his precious family. God gives peace and calm in the heart of the parents and Elijah. That God himself led the surgery and bless the hands of doctors. His precious life is valuable and in God's mighty hands.May the Lord be glorified through this operation, and all may see the goodness, power  and mighty of our Savior!!!

Delayed surgery

 Thank you so much for your prayers and financial support! By the grace of the Lord, little Elijah is still alive!

  But every day he gets worse ... Now the right hand began to function poorly and the kid can only say 3-4 words per day. His brain is slowly dying off ... :( The surgery was postponed in November because the baby fell ill again. Then he was in contact with sick of measles. Then, for about a month, the baby was in the hospital and the doctors expected measles to manifest. But thank God, Elijah has no measles! Then again pneumonia and resuscitation. Because of these diseases, the boy still can not get operated. Therefore, the surgery was postponed to January, in the hope that the baby will be better. Today the poor boy is at home and the doctors hope that the home environment will improve his condition. 

  Please, pray for God's mercy to little Elijah. God knows better when to do the surgery. Pray that the faith of the parents will be strengthened and they will be closer to the Lord in these difficult days. That God will give strength to endure all difficulties and His perfect peace in the hearts.

Little boy feels not well... Attacks of epilepsy do not stop. In addition, he acquired another disease due to hormonal drugs. Cushing's disease. He is rapidly gaining weight, which is not good for the baby. We were told that it is very dangerous to perform the surgery for him in such state. The baby spends most of the time in the hospitals. :(

We talked with several neurosurgeon specialists. And all are talking about one thing, the baby needs brain surgery... The other day, Kiev experts said that they are ready to do the surgery! So very fast! Thus, the baby is preparing for it and will soon be sent to Kiev. We don`t know the details yet.

Please, pray that God will prepare the precious baby for the surgery, his body, spirit and mind. Also so that God would give His perfect peace in the hearts of parents. That the name of the Lord be glorified through this situation. God loves Elijah and comforts him. He had a dreams at night several times that Angels came to him. Recently, he dreamed that there was a lot of light from above and many angels came to him and they had dinner with him. Oh, my! How lovely! It comforts the heart to seeing the love of God to the little lovie. ♥♥♥

Hope for little Elijah...

Our hearts are absolutely broken these days...I can not find words to describe what we feel these days. My heart is squeezing from indescribable pain. It beyond words... My eyes are full of tears.  It hurts. Very much...

  Many of you know (from Facebook posts) about the situation of the little Elijah and thanks to God's grace, many hot prayers and generous donations, the kid is still alive...

About six months ago or so, the kid was an active boy, played games, laughed and lived like all the children. But over time, he became worse. We began to notice strange things in the behavior of the little boy.

We saw how he got worse every day ... The boy was very tired, every 15 minutes there were epileptic seizures, because of seizures he could not sleep, he started talking badly, there were days when his body refused food, he could not swallow and all the food went back, the body did not obey the child, he could not walk, fell constantly, could not sit, began to lose sight... He was in intensive care many times for this period... Not once we thought that we had lose little angel...He could not breathe and the doctors used an oxygen mask. Doctors fighted for his precious life. Thank God, he is alive today!

It is difficult to convey all the pain that we experience in these difficult days, and especially the parents who both are orphans... Elijah has been found the brain cyst(not confirmed today), and then Rasmussen's encephalitis. Inflammation of the cerebral cortex.

                                 

The doctor gives a disappointing prognosis and says that everything is very bad ... 😢 And he told the mother to prepare for the worst ... The condition of Elijah deteriorates VERY quickly...😓 Day by day.. The situation is VERY critical. The little boy slowly goes away...We know this baby from the first months of his life. And it is scary to think he may will go away today or tomorrow...😭 Elijah is slowly dying...

The doctor says that Elijah is the first patient in his practice, which makes it difficult to treat the boy. Doctors fought for his precious life and did everything they could ...

Later little Elijah was sent to Kiev for a medical examination,  further and better treatment... He became worse... Besides all the terrible symptoms, the little boy has a pneumonia...😥

 For today, no medications help him. The neurosurgeon doctor says that sweet boy needs to do the surgery, delete half of the brain because the medications are powerless... He says if the surgery is not done then the other part of the brain will stop functioning as well... 😰😭

We need to raise $4000 US for a med.tests, a surgery, on medicines, diapers, food, transportation, consultation with specialists and various expenses. His mother is scared of the surgery very much. No doubt it would be scary for any person...

The neurosurgeon in Kyiv said that he had already operated on several children with encephalitis and the surgeries were successful. Children live a full life. His first surgery he did with a specialist neurosurgeon from New York. They are ready to operate Elijah in November.

He also said that the boy can be sent to Germany for treatment and they give direction. Next week we meet with specialists in neurosurgery from Israel. Please, pray that God will give wisdom and the right decision.

This week, little boy is being prescribed to go home to treat pneumonia at home(he can`t be in touch with kids and there are no place at hospital) and get ready for surgery so that he is healthy and ready for it. If he is sick with any infectious disease the surgery will not take place.

 

We do not know what the Lord prepared for this sweet family. They are going through a VERY difficult time now. 💔The Lord knows all the experiences and HUGE troubles... We pray that God will arrange everything and send Elijah where he needs to be.

Many of you love this precious angel what is a great encouragement for his parents. ♥♥♥ Please, keep praying for the healing of the poor boy. That God strengthened the faith of parents, give perfect peace in hearts and gave them the strength to go through everything. His mom Stella feels exhausted from sleepless nights. Also, that the Lord will open His will in the treatment of the baby, for wisdom and right decision of doctors, and for the needed funds. PLEASE, pray for a miracle, God`s mercy to the precious boy and his family. Pray for God’s glory to shine upon Elijah that God will be glorified through this situation. His precious life is valuable and in God's mighty hands...

Fighting for the life

  THANK YOU!!! Thank you so VERY MUCH for your prayers! God is doing amazing things! Wow! Just wow!

  Yesterday when I felt so helpless, distressed and overwhelmed because of sweet boy A... I had no idea... I did not know what to do... Many thoughts were swirling in the head. Thinking and praying, God what to do? We should... We should to do something... From helplessness I made a decision to contact an one  local Christian organization, thinking maybe they could help??? Maybe together? I don't know...But we must to do something... We know they are amazing mission and doing so much for Ukrainian kids! And it was rightest decision ever!

  These amazing souls leaving everything went to the orphanage at night! Yes, late at night. When it was very cold, dark, driving on rough roads to the darker place... Thanks to them, an ambulance was called and the poor baby was taken to same hospital, where he was discharged home to die... A nurse at the hospital did not want to take the baby A. with emphasis on the fact that it makes no sense because he will still die. ;( How it could be so callous and indifferent? How it could be with such cold and hard heart seeing that a death standing near?.. Ukrainian mentality of many physicians... Sad reality. :( 

  Oh, how a lot of negativity and anger we have seen and heard in relation to children in orphanages. How much violence and injustice. "Why do you come to them? They do not deserve it! Why do you spend money and bring different things? They do not appreciate! They're idiots and nothing good will be in their lives!" Yes. This is what we hear from employees orphanages ... and many others. It shrinks the heart of pain, knowing it is not true. This is not true!Children know when they are loved! They are precious in God's eyes! Every soul is valuable! They appreciate every visit, hug, kiss, every sweet word and just gentle look with a smile. They scream from a joy, when we come there!

 It is so hard, Friends. This is so difficult emotionally. This is what we fight daily. Changing minds and hearts through visits kids in orphanages, hospitals, lonely souls giving them hope and love.

 Administration of the orphanage through the fighing, forced staff to take the baby A. to the hospital. When staff of the hospital learned that had come from the state representative for children's rights also. 3 doctors came running. One children's pediatrician that we could not find a day. But now he had to come running at night! 

Today, by the grace of God the little fellow has not a high fever!He is alive by mercy of Heavenly Father!Praise God!!!

Trust me it was not easy... I can not tell a lot here. But we know it was the Fight! It was real Fight for an one precious life! Not with blood and flesh. But A. life what is value in God`s eyes!

(Ephesians6:12) "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."

 We are so amazed and in awe knowing for what has happened this night. We are so refreshing to know that little angel is at the hospital and getting care he needs. Personally experienced. I can not say it is a good hospital. But! It is much better to stay there then in the orphanage! We never forget what has happened and what saw yesterday... We never will forget what we felt. We can tell you that Ukrainian Ombudsman for the Rights and Protection of children is involved in current situation. We can give praise and glory to our alive God! Yes, there too much to be done. Too much fights are awaiting...But Bible says (Proverbs31:8) "Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy."

Please, keep praying for this precious soul. Pray he will get the help he needs. We will give you an update and to follow A. life.

The worst day of my life...

Today was the worst day of my life... We visited an one young family. Also we visited the boys with special needs bringing them diapers and baby formula. And to see the work of our caretakers.We are so thankful for their hard work they doing!

 We were told a while ago that 2 new babies arrived recently. We wanted to see those precious souls.

When we entered, we were shocked to see a skinny and pale kid... 

  He screamed, gasping, convulsions twisted his precious body ... It was a horrible sight... But we were even more schocked when learned that a few days ago, he was discharged from the hospital because doctors could not do anything... The kid has very high temperature. A few days he lay in intensive care. They put him dropper, did everything, but nothing helped...  The doctor discharged from the hospital, saying that he was born in this condition, his brain is dying and we can not do anything ... Nanny said that sweet A. looked better before get to the hospital... ;( I could not hold back tears. It flowed in streams. It is very difficult to pass along, and to describe what we saw and feel... We started to ask the nurse to do anything. Because the baby was shivering on the temperature. We asked to call an orphanage doctor and ask what medicines the boy A. need. The doctor was not present because today is holiday. We went running in the few pharmacies looking for essential drugs that would alleviate the suffering of precious soul. Finally the medicines were purchased. 

  But the most serious is that A. requires that special drugs can only be issued by a physician prescription. We went to look for a doctor, who can give this prescription what would only help this kid. And a doctor at the hospital was not there, because today is a day off in Ukraine! And for the rest of the hospital is only one doctor, who has no right to give the recipe. When we explained the situation that the baby is dying and he can not even survive until the evening... We were told, "Sorry. Wait till Monday..." 

  My hands are shaking, tears flowing by streams. It hurts. And so hard. Why poor baby dying have to wait a few more days? Why he has to wait till Monday? There must be some way out! The orphanage only can call ambulance and he will be brought to the same hospital. We did everything we could... We prayed fervently for precious A. And we asking you all for prayers, please... 

 Today was the worst day of my life... I never seen dying baby... I never feel so helpless... Fear. Shock. It is hurts very much. My heart is broken and I feel overwhelmed. 

 The poor kid is not to guilty for the fact that our poor medicine can not help him or maybe indifference of doctors... He is sweet. He is precious. He is loved by Heavenly Father. And he deserves better life... Please, Church pray for this sweet and precious boy A. He is dying... Only alive God can do a miracle! For His glory and Praise! Everything is in His mighty hands and life of poor baby boy...

Update about Anya and her son

Many of you love Anya and her precious son Dima as many other young people. This is such a blessing! :) I would like to give an update and greatly thank you all for prayers about young mom and her sweet son!God is so good!!!

First. Anya taking the medication her spleen moved away from the rib by 2 millimeters a while ago. Later she made a ultrasound. The young lady was so happy to hear that her spleen moved away from the rib on such distance that she does not require surgery at all! This is so awesome! Anna does not feel the pain any more! Amazing, amazing blessing! Praise God!!!

Second. Honestly, I do not know how many doctors we visited to help Anya with a vision. Each doctor says something else, and it's hard to make a deciding... 

Anya is very frequent headaches, and many times she lost consciousness. Once she lost consciousness, when she came into trolleybus. When she woke up. Her first question was, Where is Dima? Good that someone grabbed her son, when Anya fell down. She hit a little foot. But not much. Thank God that did not happen something worse! There were moments, when the BOM team and young people did not leave her alone. Since it was dangerous.Many times called an ambulance when she was ill. 

Finally we found a clinic, where Anya has done a lot of medical researches. We learned that sweet girl began to lose vision already in the right eye. :( The doctor said that it is necessary to wait when a cataract on the right eye will be even more that they could do the surgery on both eyes. This will happen in 5 months. Also, the doctor prescribed to wear glasses. "Oh, I see!" Anya was delighted, when put on glasses.

She looks cute in glasses. Isn't she? :)

And update about her little son Dima. 

The kid began to walk! What a great joy for the mother! Dima did not stand entirely on the feet, but tried to walk on the toes. Thanks to massages and special procedures at hospital, he began to fully stand on foot and walk! Anya is so happy!

 But your prayers still needed. Little kid has Hydrocephalus. A weeks ago he underwent an MRI and the doctor found that the liquid went to Dima`s brain. Also, head circumference became bigger. This sickness brings lots of troubles for little boy. :( 

Anya feels tired spend many weeks and months at hospitals. Every month Anya is at hospital. A week ago doctor gave the medicine and Dima became worse. Doctors did not allowed to be mom with her baby. Anya did not sleep several nights but spent near reanimation... Little boy was in very critical condition... He began to vomit, temperature, frothing at the mouth. Again started epilepsy...He nearly died! But little Dima is much better today thank God!Next week they should be at home. Praise God!

Some time ago we rented an apartment for Yaroslava and her daughter, who were in a very difficult and desperate situation. It so happened that everything was adjusted in Yaroslava`s life thanks your prayers. :) She found a permanent job or alternative housing. Yaroslava was very grateful for the help, support and moved out.  But the Lord had other plans. :)

At this time, Anya was in a rural hospital with Dima, where he almost died. We insisted Anya immediately went to the city hospital. The interesting thing is that the doctor, who almost "killed" Dima did not want to let go of Anya and give her a referral to another hospital. He is often drunk and does not fulfill his obligations. The reality of rural hospitals...

This city hospital which is slightly better than the countryside. 

Mother of Anya drinks often. Not once kicked her out of the house at night with the baby. Not one night poor girl spent on the street. Having studied the situation of Anya, we could not allow to happen something not good with the baby... That is why we offered her move into the city. That her son received a proper treatment. And that she could sleep peacefully and safely not afraid that today after yet another brawl and scandal, she will be cast out on the street with her child.

So, Anya with her precious babe live peacefully in the apartment several months already. She is so happy she can call ambulance at any time. And it will come soon but not several hours like you have to wait in village. She can go to hospital where is better treatment for her son. Anya happy she can stay safe and sound. :) 

Lord miraculously sent funds for housing for Anya, when money were running out. So, loving mother and her baby almost a year can live in safety. :) Also BOM provides all the necessary medicines for kid and food for his mother. Because the Children's Hospital does not feed the parents, they have to find food themselves. Thanks to your generous donations, sweet girl is not hungry and her son receives medical treatment!Thank you so much for your prayers and support! Who knows what would have happened today with little Dima and Anya without your care and love ...See, what your donations doing to save the precious lives...Our thanks never will be enough! 

Please, continue to pray for the young girl, who is often confronted with different challenges and needs help. Pray for her precious son. Pray for a miracle for little boy and his mother. The Lord gave strength to endure all the difficulties, and Anya see His grace, mercy and presence in it. My love to all! ♥

The latest update about Lisa

God is so good!!! We are so excited to share with you a wonderful news!

Lisa is completely healed and stay with her loving family! What a wonderful blessing!

 Little girl, who was in terrible condition and her life could end at any moment... Today, she is agile and cheerful girl. Her mother is very grateful for your many prayers and donations! Thanks your  love and care the little girl is healthy and can enjoy life. Her younger sister Anna is so happy to be with older sister and does not want to let her go. :) 

Thank you! Huge enormous thank you for your generosity and the love of Christ! Our thanks never will be enough for your kindness and open hearts... Our hearts are humbled. Big and little precious gifts of love saved life of little Lisa. You are awesome!!! Much love to all!

Good and not good news about Anya

A while ago we had VERY urgent prayer request about our sweet Anya on facebook. She was in very critical state and could die at any day!

When Annya was about 4 years old or so, her father slapped so hard that he broke her rib. Later, father died, her mother drank and the girl got to the orphanage, where nobody her was not engaged. Since then, about 15 years Anya tormented daily from the pain greatly. 

Few weeks ago, she had twice called for an ambulance and taken to hospital. She had a high temperature, could not talk from the pain, and cried. Poor girl. :( Doctors say she needs urgently do the surgery because a broken rib can penetrate spleen of Anya and she could die! They gave her an anesthetic injection and made a tight bandage. Also she received a dropper several times a day and medication that would relieve the pain.

Doctor said Anya could die during a surgery... But she may die at any day, if she will not have a surgery too! It was like a endless circle. So, it was made a decision to do a surgery, hoping and praying for a miracle. 

When Anya was preparing for the surgery. Her little son got to hospital with ear infection. We hoped after Dima feels better, Anya will get a special direction to another hospital where she would have a surgery.

But we have a great news for you! :)

The doctor said, if the spleen depart from the rib by 10 millimeters, the surgery does not need! Yes, this bump will remain forever. But do not be such a big risk that the rib will break through the spleen. 

Taking medication spleen moved away from the rib by 2 millimeters already! Anna does not feel the pain! Yay! What a relief for the poor girl!This is so awesome! Sweet mommy is so grateful to you all for your prayers and support!Please, keep praying for miracle!

Anya still takes medicine that relieves pain and the spleen is removing from the rib.So, we have a hope!

One more wonderful news! 

We are so very thankful to all, who donated and sent gifts of love  for surgery and post-surgery treatment for this sweet girl! We have ALL funds for Anya! Awesome blessing for precious girl! She is so thankful and happy that people taking care of her!THANK YOU so much for your blessings showing the love, support and care!!! ♥ It means so very much for the single mom and young Christian!

And we have not good news for you about this little sweet family...

The first one.

When Anna was pregnant she had high blood pressure, resulting a blood vessel bursted in her left eye. She was not paying attention but as a result the cataract formed in the eye and need to do the surgery or she may go blind in one eye. Anya has already started to lose her sight. :(

Small Dima received a birth trauma during childbirth. As a result, he has often  epilepsy. He also has a fluid collects in the head. Two weeks ago, he was hospitalized with an infection of the ear, he felt better. But the temperature did not pass and it got worse. He began to cry constantly, become restless, can not sleep at nights, takes up his head with hands. His little body started to shake, turning blue lips and toes. 

As an experienced mom Anya realizing that there is something wrong with her son, she went to another hospital today, where they will provide better treatment of her son. The doctor in the previous hospital was not polite and did not have a proper treatment, come drunk and was rude toward Ana. Drunken doctor treat people. Yes, but unfortunately it happens in rural hospitals here... 

Today, when she was at a reception at another hospital, right in the office by a doctor of Dima had an attack of epilepsy. Poor baby. Anya was scared!

The doctor prescribed injections and medication. But they cost a lots of money! We ask you please, please, keep praying for this sweet small family! Pray for a miracle! Miracle for both precious souls. Pray for good doctors, for healing and peace in heart of mommy. They need your support and prayers at this difficult time as never before!

I have been praying to find you

We are sooo excited these days and praising God for His goodness and astonishing love!

Do you see a precious girl in pink sweater? Her name is Anya. The picture was made in 2007. She was about 10 years old at this time.

She was in very and very poor orphanage, which BOM visited on a regular basis. It was so fun to watch pictures made many years ago... Such a good memory! :)

The orphanage was closed in 2009 because of financial problems and kids were transferred to other orphanages.We did not know for a long time where these kids and how they are doing... But something incredible has happened these days!

Lena was at hospital with her beautiful Sophia. She met Anya at hospital and they became friends. Once, Lena showed her family pictures to her new friend.  When Sophia was born, when we took her out from hospital and so on. And when Anya saw the pictures, she pointed on BOM staff and cried out, "Oh, my! I know! I know these people!"

Very soon Oksana received a message, "I have been praying to find you all! How I can meet you? I have been praying for years." Wow! We were so deeply impressed!

Through few exchanged sentences we have read the next... "I want to accept Jesus Christ but do not know how to do it... Please, help me!" What?! Wow! It was something incredible to hear!!! 

The very next day we met Anya and she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Saviour! We had such a sweet meeting and wonderful fellowship! Later the young lady said, you even can not imagine how I`m happy that find you again! :) Awesome blessing! This is not about us. But about the almighty and merciful God, who answered the prayer of orphaned girl, who prayed so long! Praise God!!!! He is soooooo very good!!!!!

After graduating orphanage and trade school Anya met a young man, fell in love and became pregnant. The 8 months ago she gave birth a sweet little boy Dima. But several months ago the young man left his family. So, the young mother forced to grow her son by herself... 

Our Heavenly Father soooo miraculously answered the prayer of this precious orphaned girl!Amazing!!!

This reminds me a place of Scripture in Bible. Acts 10

10:1 There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian band, 
10:2 A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway. 
10:3 He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius. 

 10:4 And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God. 
10:5 And now send men to Joppa, and call for one Simon, whose surname is Peter: 

10:6 He lodgeth with one Simon a tanner, whose house is by the sea side: he shall tell thee what thou oughtest to do. 
10:23 Then called he them in, and lodged them. And on the morrow Peter went away with them, and certain brethren from Joppa accompanied him
10:24 And the morrow after they entered into Caesarea. And Cornelius waited for them, and had called together his kinsmen and near friends. 
10:30 And Cornelius said, Four days ago I was fasting until this hour; and at the ninth hour I prayed in my house, and, behold, a man stood before me in bright clothing,

This is such a great encouragement for us that our visits of kids in orphanages are not vain! These seeds of God`s word planted in their precious children's heart bring fruits of Spirit in His time :) God is soooo very good and doing incredible and miraculous things!!! Praise Him!!!

Update about little Lisa 2

We all, especially young mother Olga would love to thank you for prayers! Lisa is doing better!

She is still at hospital where she receives a special medical treatment and should stay there few more weeks.

Poor girl :(

 After 2 months finally we know the diagnosis of little Lisa.It is sad that doctors could not find the illnesses so long... But an one doctor did it for a week!

The stomach and intestinal inflammation and also herniation esophagus. This is a big problem for the little girl, because she can not eat a lot of different foods. Frequent pain in the abdomen and stomach. So Olga forced to buy a special meal that Lisa was on a strict diet. Also girl has a serious failure of the immune system.She has broken the autoimmune process.

Lisa looks happy and joyful often. But she has high fever often, pain in stomach, her feet cover by blue spots. She can not sleep at nights, feel sick after meal.

Thanks a lot to those, who generously helped greatly this little girl! We hoped that money will be enough for treatment also. But the money have been spent for many medical tests, treatment, food and so on. They have no money now and Lisa necessary continue the treatment. It seems it would take a very long time... The doctor said that every 6 weeks, Lisa will have to undergo treatment for 3 weeks. And there are 5 courses of treatment. It seems that it will take a year of treatment!Wow!

It seems most of the time little girl should stay in hospital. Instead play with her little sister, with her friends and classmates,  go to school as many kids, enjoy and have a happy childhood, she must to spend many days at hospital in other city. Her little sister miss her very much and her mom and cries every day. Poor kid. The hospital does not have a special games and treats for kids. There no TVset or other amusements for kids. No special food. Only bed and window where you can watch the nature. So, hospital is very boring as many hospitals. 

Olga has to pay around $40 for 3 weeks for a place at hospital. $2.00 for a night because they are not local residents. She has to pay around $200 for few more medical tests. Also funds for medicine. Besides it they need eat every day. Lisa can not eat food at hospital, only some kind. Hospital does not feed mom. She has to buy food for herself.

We kindly ask you. Could you please, help Lisa become healthier and live joyfully with her little sister? Could you please, bless this little girl with your small gift of love $5, 10, 25, 50 or more to continue the treatment? Olga does not has these money because she does not work. No one can help to treat her little girl. Her hope is only Jesus Christ.

Update about little Lisa

Hello everyone!I hope you all have a nice day today and enjoying God`s daily  blessings, His grace and mercy. :)

First. We would like to thank you all for participation of life of little Lisa! Thank you all very much for prayers and thank you to all, who donated small and huge gifts of love! Thanks your surrounded love and tender care God has provided enough for medical tests and treatment for few months! Wow! How awesome!!! God's love is astonish!!! Thank you so very much!!!! We were humbled by grace of our Saviour! Olga was so thankful!

Second. Having money on hands Olga with her daughter went on to Lviv to pass all medical tests at special hospital to find out what is wrong with Lisa. We all had so big hope!

Third. Olga spent 2 weeks in Lviv and doctors still do not what is wrong with little girl! Lisa passed through medical tests at 2 different clinics. How sad. The young mother feels frustrated... :(

Fourth. The small family took a ride to capital of Ukraine to another clinic. They are in Kiev now.

Every day  is different for small girl. One day she feels better. Next day not good. She still has a high fever every day and pains in her small tummy.

On behalf of this sweet family we ask you to keep praying fervently, please! God send a good doctors, who could find out a reason of sickness of precious girl. Also for energy and strength of Olga. Jesus gives her wisdom as mother and peace in heart.

URGENT! PLEASE, HELP to SAVE LIFE of LISA!

Dear Friends we ask you urgently pray about healing and God's favor about little girl Lisa, PLEASE! This little girl is in very and very critical condition at children's cancer hospital today. She has hemorrhagic vasculitis and struggle with it very much. Every day poor Lisa has a high and low fever, belly hurt, she can not eat, vomits. Little girl has lost weight and was exhausted from pain and suffering. Today she has a very low pressure. A year ago it happened a relapse and started to hurt the foot and joints. Doctors treated and did everything possible but Lisa got worse. Few days ago she received a blood transfusion. Lisa has very poor blood clotting, it can be revealed thrombosis and bleeding. Today  the bleeding from the nose started...

Her mother can not help, because there is no money, absolutely nothing. Olga, mother of Lisa, graduated from orphanage some years ago and does not have someone, who could help her. In addition, a younger daughter Anya stay at home. 

On the picture Lisa is the oldest girl with her younger sister Anya.

Olga is our sister in Christ.Young mother voluntary helped us in the orphanages some time ago.

Next week Lisa have to travel to Lviv to another specialist doctor because doctors did everything they could in the local hospital ... But the little girl is getting worse every day. Olga will not be able to drive in bus with Lisa because she is very sick and weak. Also, these days are very cold and frosty. Need a car bring them to the hospital. We are ready to help but need money. This poor family needs money for medical tests, for treatment, for food meanwhile Olga will be in Lviv with her sweet daughter and other expenses. Olga has not a penny, and she is in despair... Imagine how you would feel that your child is in high risk to die and you do not have any penny to save the life of your dear soul? Especially Olga herself is an orphan.

We do not know how to help Olga ... So we cordially ask you to help save the life of a little girl Lisa... We do not know and it is hard to say how much money is needed. What we have seen today

  We had such a sad and emotional day today. First. I would like to thank everyone who praying for Zhenya. She was so glad to hear people from abroad praying for her and caring. Thank you all! But she still need a lot of prayers...

  

   Zhenya had a surgery today in the morning. She was trembling and very scared. If you don't know, she had lost her baby yesterday. 

   We came to the hospital to visit her again today. And at this time a doctor wanted to check out everything or young mommy is okay. And they made a surgery again... Second time for a day. Zhenya felt absolutely everything and it was terribly to hear her screaming. When we asked a nurse to make an injection for Zhenya that she would not feel a pain. She said it is too late. A doctor is cleaning everything away right now. Than a nurse said they made her a novocaine, probably it did not help our girl and they can do nothing. Poor soul. Imagine this all, her screaming and tears made us all sick and we went out on the street to pray and wait until doctor finish everything...

 Then maybe 40 minutes later when doctor finished, we could visit Zhenya.

This is free government "nice" hospital in village. But you always have to buy medicine for your own money. If you don't have money, it is your problem, simply to die. Also hospital feeds you but very cheap food. It can be a soup, where few pieces of potatoes, maybe you will find there a carrot and you get a piece of bread. If your friends or relatives would not bring you food and not feed you, you would survive or become more sick or die. Maybe a nurse would feed you but there no guarantee.

The shower and toilet is only one for all corridor, where can be about 50 sick patients and plus staff who work there.If you don't have money to pay for medicine, staff can yelling at you, humiliate, don't take a good care, ignore you and so on.

Second day in a row we are crying and feel so sad about Zhenya... We prayed with her and comforted. My hands are trembling typing to think about what this poor mommy has to go through. She  trembling from fear and pain...

Zhenya should be 4 more days at hospital because she had a big term of pregnancy and she will get antibiotics that everything will be well and she be healthy. She has some problems with health. We are asking you to pray for poor girl God help and heal her.Thank you!

We got used to see this often, when we visit sick young adults, orphans or support and to be present with young mothers, when they give birth of little babies. Imagine how it can be hard if you don't have someone to help you? People feel lonely and depressed. But brother Kevin, who is our current guest from U.S. these days, he was shocked and cried...

We don`t know, who it was boy or girl whom the mommy lost. The baby was dead more than a week or two. Zhenya knows she will see her baby in the Heaven someday. Prayers, please, for our sweet girl.Thanks.
