Boys, boys, so sweet boys

Okay. We had one more meeting! Yay! With boys. And it was awesome!

Our Bible story was about Moses and burning bush.Exodus 3-4

I did not want to use only flanellograf and was thinking about something special... When we were ready leave for the orphanage God gave me an idea!I love how God works!

(Exodus 4:6) And the LORD said furthermore unto him, Put now thine hand into thy bosom. And he put his hand into his bosom: and when he took it out, behold, his hand was leprous as snow.

We took a wheat flour in a bowl. I hid my hand into the bosom, turned toward them of  back. Oksana and Nadya helped me quickly get dirty hand with flour. Then I  plucked it out of bosom already covered with "leprosy". It was chilly day, my sweater helped me to hide the hand.Ha ha!

4:9 And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe also these two signs, neither hearken unto thy voice, that thou shalt take of the water of the river, and pour it upon the dry land: and the water which thou takest out of the river shall become blood upon the dry land.

We colored water to red color with help of manganese crystals . It did not turn of course, to red as I wanted but the raspberry color. :)  But boys love it!  They were amazed how clean water became colorful in front of their eye!Ha ha!

4:2 And the LORD said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod.
4:3 And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it.

We did not had serpent. Lol.I just cast "rod" on the ground. Hmm.Now I think to find a toy serpent. :) That would be great!

When I cast the rod on the ground smarter boys asked. "Was it real? The rob became to serpent? It look like a fairytale?" "Do you want to say that God is liar?" we answered.
So, we had a little discussion. ;)

Boy loved this special moments during Bible story! It helped them to remember and answer questions during the game "Burning bush".

Everything turned just great!

The Bible verse what we learned, was on Bible craft we made in the end.

They were so glad to make the craft!

Such a precious smiles :)

Andriy worked so hard cutting out. He didn't want that we help him :)

"Please, take picture of me with the craft!" :)

My favorite one! So sweet!

Boys were soooo excited by the meeting and all were so active! Oh, my! You have to see their joy and admiration! Such sweet, sweet boys who we so love dearly! It is such a great joy and blessing to serve and love them! ♥

I will keep your gift...

So pretty excited! We had such a wonderful visit of girls today! It was so amazing time with these beautiful souls!

We didn't expect that...But when they saw the blue(our) van, they started to wave hands, screaming of the joy and were running to the meeting. I wish someone would take a video at that moment...Just in 5 minutes, all girls were sitting at the class and were ready to listen sitting so quietly with such attention. Love that! :)

We told them a Bible story about 10 commandments at this time. Before that we have been talking about road signs. What happened, if people break it...

We have formed a Mountain Sinai from several big and small boxes and then covered by a paper. It was not exactly what I wanted and tried to do before but it was fun. :) Make a cloud took us several days. I love how it worked out well!  It is not very well visible on the picture. But we can use it for many Bible stories. Hope, children will remember well the story.

Also we played different games.

It was so fun when they blew up balloons!

Thus we have learned and remember 10 commandments what we attached to the board on the table.

At the end we made a simple craft, Moses with commandments.

Girls enjoyed to color and make it.

But I would like to stop here and thank you, who send "gifts" to the orphans. It means so much not only for these young ladies but for all "our" children!!!

Today as always we congratulated girls with their Birthdays. They never celebrate it, no one wish sweet and warm words, no one present them a gift, no cakes, no candles and so on and so on. Can you imagine that their Special day looks like as usual day, nothing special, no events? ... How would you feel, if no one did not call you over phone and congratulated you in your Special day? What you would think, if no one your friend and beloved one did not give you a hug and say special words? So, these all beautiful souls are deprived these special feelings and joy.

They were so happy to get a Birthday gift!

An one young lady approached me and said quietly, "I will keep your gift and will sleep with it to remember about you". Oh, my! Think. Just a small your gift means love. Love of God and care to the young lady...How priceless. Thank you! Thank you sending your love over ocean and through different countries.

Yep. Kittens have found a home at the orphanage. Girls feed them and try to keep them warm. On the picture not all kittens are present. There were lots of them!

Those kittens remind me of these young ladies, abandoned and thirsty of love and attention...

About Moses to boys

What a sweet and lovely time we had with boys! They are lost, abandoned, neglected and incarceration...But not forgotten by God!We thank God for the opportunity to visit them.

We told about Moses this time. How he was born, how God saved and protected him.

After song with movements we played a game.

The guys competed. Wins the one, who first drink milk from a baby bottle. It was very funny how all the children enthusiastically supported the guys. We did not expect such excitement and delight!

After that we told them story about baby Moses. As always boys were excited to dress up and wear a special outfit.  A. was so proud to play a role of mother holding a baby ;)

Then we played a game "To save baby Moses". Children had to move a basket with doll Moses down the river through the bulrushes by answering questions from the lesson on Baby Moses. It was so fun as they were so excited to move the basket!

Would pray please for caretakers of the orphanage?  God will change their hearts and make soft and loving. They not always wish that small boys come to Bible meeting, even director gave us permit that all boys(who wish) can come. We always have to go and ask them. Please, please... Boys just sitting and watch TV all day long...

A one caretaker did not want to let come this sweet boy and have fun with other children. Explaining that his behaviour was bad last time. Hmm. We do not remember that...Any way Oksana started to plead, 'Please, he will behave well this time. Only let him come and enjoy fellowship etc". Oh, my! You would see how he was happy and was running to join to other kids! He was sooo delighted and impressed take part in games! And he was so quiet as a mouse... Precious boy.

Also we played one more game learning a Bible verse. (Psalm 121:7) "The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul."

Whoever gets the ball in the bucket had the right to burst the balloon, where inside have been hidden the words of the verse.

Boys especially loved to burst balloons!

Maybe someone has an opportunity send balloons here for a very good price ? :) We kindly ask you... It became very expensive here! We need lots of for many kids, different colors. For example. Simple 1000 balloons cost $67.00 -70.00 here (for today) :(  Exchange rate of $ changes every day here. We do not wish to leave precious souls of this simple joy and excitement but do not wish to waste money...Just let us know, please.

In the end we made a sandwich craft. A small part of sausage was a baby Moses wrapped in a piece of cheese. This all placed was in basket. Then boys ate their small sandwich. :)

They were so excited to do that and then eat! What a joy!

It was such a great blessing deliver these huge boxes with 137 pants for young men and small boys!

Thank you! Thank you so much who made it possible! Many thanks for supporting and sending all blessings! To God be the glory!

Guess, whom we saw today? :)

Today was incredible day and we are so happy! We rejoice and praise God for His goodness, grace and mercy! He is so good!
"But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation"
(Psalm 13:5)KJV

Jesus gave us possibility to visit our sweethearts lovies. My goodness!I can not express to you what an amazing day we had!
I decided to divide this blog post on two parts.Because there are so much to say and so much pictures to share with you.And I do not have much time because tomorrow we are going to other orphanage with Bible lesson and Saturday to one more orphanage with Bible lesson as well.We have to be ready. So, here the first part of blessed visitation.

We had chance to share about God`s love with older girls with special needs. It was absolutely wonderful time!

We thank you, who pray for our journeys and visitations of orphans.Today the weather became warm and the snow started to melt. The roads became very slick.Though we driving slowly, but our van skided off the road, threw over here and there.

On the way we saw this picture as the van skided off already. We stopped to help as didn't see anybody nearby who would help. But there was nobody. Probably that the driver went to look for the help somewhere. So, we continued the way.

We missed girls so and so much! When we arrived they huged, kissed. And began to say they had birthdays. They WAIT very much this special moment to congratulate them with birthdays.Jesus remembers their special day! It`s such a blessing to see their joy, admiration and smiles!

After studying of a new song, we conducted an object lesson and told Bible history, how the Lord spoke with Moses in a fiery bush and called him to force His people out from Egypt slavery.(Exodus 3-4)
When I took off boots to show how Moses put off his shoes. Girls started laughing. So, it was fun. :)

After animated film viewing about Moses, we played game. Where they should have "burned up a bush", answering questions on history. They loved this game and we had fun!

Also we shared with them a small prize as a pencils. They were very excited!

Then we learned the wonderful Bible verse: "...My presence shall go [with thee], and I will give thee rest". (Exodus 33:14)

And in the end we made craft, where God has spoken with Moses through burning bush.In total what they were necessary, it colored and to cut out a picture. Then to cut out sheep and to paste them to the main picture. Thanks to sheep the craft could to stand. Also that the craft looked more interesting, they pasted cotton on lambs. It looked cute!

They loved this craft so much and with pleasure worked on it!We even did not expect it.What a blessing!
All sweet girls colored such wonderful colors and by their work we admired . They were so happy and their eyes shined with smiles.

Some girls never drew, never cut out, weren't able to use glue or did something similar. Now many of them draw, are able to use scissors and know as well as why use glue. It simplifies much and does our work easier. Undoubtedly  it needed many months, the strengthened work, but the most important favouring and encouragement were required. That they can and are capable, something to make! They study and try. We are so glad for them that though in small things, but we can be useful.

Some of them still need to learn. And it`s not surprise as them are a lot of but us are only four. :) But we are just happy be useful as much as we can.

Brother Misha teaches the precious girl how use the scissors. :)

God blessed our beloved girls and they could to receive body lotion.Probably first time ever! You can only imagine their joy and admiration!

Thank you Musk family to bring so much gladness and impressions in lives of girls!
Now girls are so much happy they can smell so wonderfully!

We had such and such amazing time with dear girls!
I`m very exciting to share with you wonderful blessing we have had there. As soon as it will be possible, I will share with you and it will be continuation the blessed day we had. :)
Now I have to go and be ready for tomorrow.
Blessings to everybody!
