Oh, how they just precious!

I am completely blown away by a blessed day we had today!!!We just admire what an amazing and good God we serve!!!We glorify and praise Him for his merciful to us and such kindness!

God has blessed and we could to visit today orphans in Children`s Home. I even can not tell you how we all (kids and BOM team) are happy by this visit! I`m so exciting and thrilled to share with you what we did there and many blessings we have! It was something incredible! Wow!

 Do you see these sweet faces who are singing a song?They are cutie ones with whom we spent time today.

Yes, we had puppet show.We sang several songs.It is the scenery of back side of our puppet theatre.But before we had program we had a fun time little bit with kids while we were waiting of other children who were going to this room.

We took one-two puppets and just looked out of theatre often and puppet has hidden her face very fast.Also puppet was laughing and did other acts.Oh, how they laughed!They liked very much puppets!

When all children arrived to the room, we began our program.

This cute boy played Jonah.

When kiddies saw a whale they were amazed! They spoke: "look at this whale!" "Oh, how he is huge!" "Is it big dolphin?""Wowwww!"  They loved whale sooo MUCH!

Children were much impressed to hear cry of sea-gulls and whales when we turned on they could to listen.They listened of history so attentively!

Next was our game, where they answered to questions about Bible story.They liked very much to pass on a whale to next when music was playing.They gave answer to all questions!We admire by them!

 

But there was such funny moment, when we asked them where Jonah was hiding from the Lord?One of kids said, in bushes.We all, children and staff were laughing.Are not they sweet and adorable? :)

After we repeated song we learned before, we played beloved already game by kids.Oh yes, to catch fish by numbered. This way we learned a Bible verse, as you already know :)

 They were so very much excited and enjoyed to play this game!

We added little a new rule this time.When a child catch a fish, turtle or what we have by numbered, he/she should to show this number on blackboard.This way we could to repeat numbers with them a little.They did perfect job!

And one more of important moments I would love to tell you.Do you know orphans do not have their own toy?What you think they feel when they see a some child has a toy but they has not their own?Just think.

Today these cute kids had rejoicings day! We could to give them not only chocolate candy but a toy!Wow!How they were impressed when they heard that Jesus sent toys to them!!!They were sooo much happy to hear it!What a wonderful news!

They began to make noise because of this joyful information.They were excited because of that! :)

As we spoke about obedience this time we reminded them about Jonah.We asked them: "Did Jonah obey God?" They answered, "No!" "Ok.What do you think, does God want you to obey him?" "Yes!!!" they all cried together. Just in moment they were sitting quietly!  It was such sweet and wonderful moment when they obeyed so fast! They are so amazing and adorable kiddies! :) I just want to hug all of them and tell how we love them!
They are such incredible creation of God and such adorable!And they are so pure and naif as lambs!

Look at these angels! Look how they are happy by received their gifts!Because now it is their own toy!!! Oh, what a HUGE blessing is to them! Can you imagine it??? They have own toy!

 

Oh, I forgot to mention that we gave cars to boys but different animals toys to girls.

 Oh, how they were happy!I even can not tell you! They were so very much impressed, excited and amazed!!!

Do you see what I see?Do you see this cute and little angel who hug her toy to herself? Oh, it is such a sweet moment and I want to weep over when see this picture.Is not she sweet and precious?

 

When they told us Goodbye, they all showed us their special gifts.They wanted we rejoice with them too :)

Isn`t adorable and beautiful this girl? I love her red hair!

One more sweet moment our director Misha has shared with us.And I would love to tell you.While brother Misha could to spoke with director of Children`s Home about God a little boy was sitting on her hands for a while.Only  in moment he said: "Ah, I will go to uncle Misha!He is awesome!" And he came up to bro.Misha and did sit down on his hands.Aww!Misha said he was surprised and it melted his heart.It was such sweet moment! :)

We had such blessed and incredible day! We are so happy and rejoice by that!I`m so and so happy, that feel as I`m almost in Heaven!!! :)))

The sunny and sweet ones

Children came back to study to schools in Ukraine.Schools and any universities begins their work the first of September, it does not matter which a day of the week(except of Sunday).So, orphans came back from their homes to orphanages, continue their education too.Some of them graduated from orphanages already.Some of them got to the orphanage first time ever and they do not know the life there, everything is new for them.The new orphanage skills they need to learn.
It is new beginning in this year for us too.We do not know what will bring it for us, what will happen in future.But we are happy we can continue to visit these kids and bring Gospel to them, bring hope and joy!

So, these sweet kids we did not see during summer time because of holidays.We missed them soooo much!
Last Friday we were able to visit them.A teacher let us know, when they just came back from holidays they asked when we will come to them?or will we visit them again?
Teacher called to us and asked us to come, because children did not give her calm. :)))Anyway we were going to visit them.But when the teacher let us know, it have inflamed our hearts more!
But yes!Can we wait? Is not amazing when someone wait to hear and know more about Jesus?Is not amazing to see and hug them?Is not a blessing to be with them, these sweet and sunny kids? Isn`t a joy to see them smile and happy?

When they saw us.They began to scream "Look at who came!!!" They all began to run to us like bees to honey.We huged one other.They took our bags and helped to carry it.Children pulled our clothes or hands and said:" let`s go, let`s go to a class". It was so sweet!
So,we continue our travelling over Bible histories.Last Bible history they heard about conquering of Jericho.So, we continued the next story about Joshua, of the day when the Sun stood still.

In the beginning we congratulated children who had birthdays in summer.Yes, we know it has gone a lot of time.But is it a problem for an orphan who waits for a gift? Is it a problem for those who never celebrate their birthdays(even at homes) and not recieve gifts?

When we just came into a class, they already began to say who had birthdays in summer!We knew it will happened. :) We took few more gifts than we usually take with ourselves.They already waited for gifts!

Here our sweet ones who had birthdays.They were so glad to recieve a gift!Thank you Sabrina, who blessed orphans with many toys!

When we told to them a Bible history, we used a flannel visualisation.

Also we took several kids, who acted of characters, warriors.And the girl was Sun, who stood still one moment.

They did good job!

After Bible story we learned a Bible verse.When we learned the verse ample well.Children needed to play a ball and say verse in one time.It was real fun for them!They liked to play it!

A craft was very simple at this time.The sun on wooden stick and Bible verse on back of sun.But glitter makes this crafts shining and nice.When children saw it, they said, WOW! You know how children LOVE something shining.

The job of this craft we divided by two parts.
Children colored suns by paint in the beginning.Suns already were pictured on papers.

Until our suns were drying, we could to play a game.We called it,  "Help the sun to shine!"

The sun was pictured on big sheet, without sunbeams.The all sunbeams were numbered.

Children chose a sunbeam they wanted and  answered on question by number was written there.The questions were about history of Joshua.

After that they placed a sunbeam on the sun.

They LOVED so much this game! Especial, placed sunbeams. Sunbeams have sticky tape.It is easy to place on sheet.But the sheet we have covered by usual scotch tape that easy to separate sunbeams and that we will use this game in other orphanages too.And we do not need to make it again and again and again to waste time and material.

Our finished sun.We placed a glitter a little on sunbeams.When is the sun, it shine nice.Children love it!

After this game, children could continue their craft, as it dry up already well.They placed glitter, wooden stick there and pictured eyes and smile of their sun.

We tired a little bit but happy we came back to our homes.We had amazing time with kids and we thankful to Jesus for it and for these wonderful, precious and sunny kids!

God has made better than we thought

I`m rejoicing to share with you a blessing we have!How is wonderful and good our Lord Jesus!God makes better when a human thinks something!And all things works together for good!

I love much this Bible verse! "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28

It`s a favourite one of mine.When i have heavy moments in my life, i read this verse many times, pray and meditate.It brings a peace in heart and helps go ahead and live for Jesus. :)

As i have told you before we visited 3 orphanages last few days.
Here i would like to tell you about our visit to an orphanage on Thursday, where are girls with special needs.
We were going to have 2 groups, with smaller kids and older .We worried much about that.How it will work out?Will we have enough strengths?
Nadya, Lyuba and Misha(head of BOM) were going to be with older girls.Me and Oksana were going to be with smallest ones.We worried much about older girls, because the 3 person for big group where usually 40-45 girls with special needs, it is very heavy physically.
For some reason(not so good) what has happened in the morning, we arrived to an orphanage an one hour later than we come there usually.As we had not much time to be with girls.The administration of orphanage let us have a time with smallest before dinner.Because after dinner they have a nap.
And after dinner we can have a Bible class with older girls, even they have nap after dinner too.

So we whole team, had a time with smallest ones before dinner and we all could to be with older girls after dinner! It was not need to divide our team, as we thought before.It was amazing time!

We did not get tired, it was not heavy for girls and for us too!We are so thankful to the Lord, He has made better than we thought!And we thankful to the Lord what has happened not good in the morning!God let it happened that will make better!We are thankful to the Lord, the administration of orphanage let us do it.The time with all children was blessed!

We have told a history to smallest ones about creation of God last time.This time we have told them history about first sin in garden of Eden.
We sang a song, have played a game and have made a craft with children during a meeting with them.

A game

We have repeated a last history with children about days of creation.

They should to show a picture(day of creation) they have chosen and will say what see on picture etc.

After that they place the picture on big sheet.There is a sticky scotch what helps to hold pictures.They loved much this game!

Also we have placed a small stickers on their hands.Oh, how they they excited by that!They showed their hands to caretakers and to us.They had jumped and laughed because of that! Think about it.A little sticker makes happy an orphan!

We have made a craft, apple with Bible verse in the end of meeting. We have used a foam sheets and wiggle eyes for it.

 

Children much loved to work with this material! They so much excited by doing it!Thanks so much to those who has helped us with foam sheets and wiggle eyes!It is big blessing to children!

Is not she a cute?

I love this one picture.When smallest one check it out, what is that.

We were blessed by teachers who were on meeting and helped us with crafts.They liked it much too.As this orphanage has only several books and no has visualisation, teachers has told us.That is good we have made these crafts, they can use it on their lessons like visualisation for children, teach them math etc.We glad if it will help a little bit.

It is so sad teachers have not books to teach children with special needs.How they can learn, how they can develop, how they can do something if they have not books?
That is why we placed a chipin button again.We do not know how many time it will take...The finances we need now, because children already are at school and orphanages have troubles with many school supplies. We plead Jesus and ask Him to help with this project School Supplies.

Just in 30 minutes we came in to another class, there we were going to have a Bible class with older girls.We had perfect time with girls too!

We have told to them a Bible history about Joseph and his brothers.Also we repeated a song we learned last time with them, have played a games and made a craft.

Here after Bible story we have played a game to learn a Bible verse.

The whole class we divided by several groups.They needed to color by paint this "Joseph" who has a hidden verse, which was written white crayon on white sheet.You can not see it good.When they color it, they can read and learn this verse.The team win who will do it first.They liked to color it much!

This sweet girl has not fingers or some of them look like "fingers".

But she stitches, colors and can does some easy work perfect by these hands!

The end of the game.

We presented a bear to this girl.

She was so happy to get it! She had carried it, stroked us by this toy, has pressed it to herself.She did not leave the bear not one minute somewhere.

  It was her first big toy ever!Thank you to those who bless orphans by toys!

Here we made craft with girls.

Girls needed to put "clothes" on Joseph.They enjoyed to do this craft.

 Many of them were need help.

 This is how it should look.Girls liked to do this craft!

Next several pictures are life of these girls in this orphanage.

This is their bedroom, where sleep 4-10 girls in one room.There is nothing except beds.

This is the place where they wash clothes, clean teeth etc.This place is for over 50 girls. Can you imagine what a mess when they need clean or wash something in one time?

Here they wash their clothes.They do not have a washing machine.

Orphanage has dogs and cats.When clothes dry, dogs pull down clothes.Children do not have clothes pins in orphanages.So, after that it look like that.It seems that girls wash clothes often.Dogs and cats are everywhere in Ukraine. :)

When we were going come back to home, girls told us goodbye.They all looked over windows and had waved their hands.It was just awesome!And in same time heartbreaking to leave them here...

Girls all time wait for us.When we come, they all time say, we miss you much.Please, come oftener.They begin to hug and kiss us...It is so sweet.But so, so sad no one visit them...
