Blessing trip and prayer requests

After visiting girls in special orphanage, the next day Tuesday we were able to visit other orphans with special needs.There are only boys age 6-35 years old.
 Yes!We had so wonderful and great day! Many of you praying for us! We are so thankful to you!
We had so blessing time with kids!

 During our fellowship with children and workers of orphanage, we sang songs.Boys LOVE guitar!

                                                    We used our puppet show

Before the Bible story we had object lesson. The 2 plastic bottles were under bedsheet, the one was empty, second with half of water.Children needed to guess which bottle was with water. After that some one pushed the empty bottle and it did fall down.

Nadya explained to children.The bottle is our flesh, the water is our faith. The faith in Jesus Christ helps us in our life in heavy time, in temptations, be strong, courageous etc. As empty bottle fall down, it is a flesh who has not  faith in Jesus.

After object lesson we told to them a Bible story about Daniel.

We chosen older boys who helped us to play acts, of king Darius and Daniel.

After that we have played games.

Here children needed  burst a balloon and say what the word was inside of the balloon.The words of Bible verse were written on piece of paper before. When they told a word of Bible, we wrote on black board.

 In the end of game Nadya learned with them verse.Boys enjoyed much this game!

Oksana and Lyuba conducted the game "Pin the tail on the lion". They did string a mask on a child's face.

It was real funny when boys did pin the tail in wrong place!They loved so much and enjoyed this game!

And in the end we sang with them a song we have learned with them in the beginning.

God was so good to us and He has blessed us in this day!We were able give bananas to all boys!What a blessing and joy was for them in this day!They LOVE much bananas! As they went to eat, we decided to give them in their dining room.

Also in this orphanage God gave us opportunity to speak about Jesus with several workers of orphanage!There are many people who would like to hear more about God.They are hungry of God word!

We have one more blessing! We have prayed for this orphanage during some time to have there regularly Bible lessons with kids.The administration of orphanage did let us to do it! WOW!What the blessing we have! We are going to them very soon! We are so exciting by this blessing! How is great and wonderful our Lord Jesus!How He is mercy to all of us! What the mighty God we serve!

But there are a LOT of needs! We have spoken with administration of orphanage and they beg us to help them with clothes and shoes(sandals) to boys!
But we can do only with your helping! Please, please can any one to help send clothes to them and shoes?There 90 boys, 6-35 years old. We pray Jesus will do miracle and answer on prayers!

Also the building has very old windows.Sorry we do not have pictures. Soon we are going there and we hope to make pictures.In winter the wind blows through windows and children are freeze and sick often because of it. Can please any one to help orphans will not freeze next winter? The building is very big. But we think if we would to help them with 10 new windows.It would be a great blessing for them. For only 10 windows necessary about $1800.With work to place it $2.250. It is a lot we know!Please, pray together with us God will do miracle!

Also youngest children does not have a place where to play. Their swings are very old and worn out. It is  dangerous to play for children there. We have to pray VERY much to help this orphanage to do a new playground.For this need $5000 . Please, please, pray God will help us to help orphans in their needs! Thank you for your prayers!!!

Also in this same day, by the way we were able to visit boys in mental institution. We did not have Bible time as usually, because we did not have time. But we were able gave to them bananas and oranges! Also we could to play with them there! What a blessing we had!
Yes, we got tired with them very much because each boy wanted to play with him! We have small team but many kids sometimes it is heavy. But we are happy! We are happy much, God gives us opportunity to visit these precious kids!And we praise Jesus for each opportunity!

What a great day!

What a great day we had on Monday!It was our next visiting of orphans!

The weather was sunny and such beautiful in this day!In this orphanage we have regular Bible lessons to girls. But this time we decided to change our usual way and have fellowship with ALL kids of orphanage.

When we come to any orphanage to have fellowship with all kids, usually we prepare special program, where we sing songs about Jesus, praise Him, use puppet show, Bible story, development games, games to remember Bible story or Bible verse etc. We try to do maximum we can that children will remember about Jesus Christ and they will enjoy this time. Each program is different. It depends from children whom there, their ability, place, weather, age of children, opportunity etc.

This time God such has blessed us!Oh my goodness! Really we did not expect it! I still feel like it happened yesterday!The day was such great!!!We still rejoicing by God blessings and thankful to Him for His mercy and such great kindness to us!

Ok.I will let you know what we have done there.When we came there and children saw us, they started to run and  meet us. They were such glad, screamed and jumped because were happy to see us! They huged, have kissed us, in some moments we thought they will tear us up on many pieces. They are so funny and sweet! :-)))

We had about 90 kids there.This day was very warm so we decided to have time outside on fresh air, in shade.

 

We used our puppet show and also sang a song with movements. They excited by it!

Here we told them a Bible story about Daniel in lion den. In Bible Daniel 6. We have chosen a tall girl who was king Darius and a girl who was played Daniel. They LOVE much to play acts of Bible stories!!!

We have flannel pictures but we thought that children will not see because it is small size.We decided to use something bigger and play act of Bible story.So our lions we have drawn on cardboard from under boxes.

Also we have played a game. We did blow balloons and have placed a small roll piece of paper.There on each piece were written word of Bible verse. Children had to burst a balloon and say what is the word inside.

                              Of course they all wanted to play!

It was such funny to observe how they burst balloons different ways. They so much enjoyed much this game!!!Oh my goodness!

In the end of the game we learned this Bible verse what was written on blackboard. "Fear thou not; for I am with thee...I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee..." Isaiah 41:10
We took not all verse because here mental retarding girls and different special needs.We try to learn Bible verses with them easy and that they will remember it.

 Also we have played a game "Pin the tail on the lion".We printed the lion on printer and Oksana has glued it. So, we can use it many times.

                                         Kids loved this game!

And do you know what? We were able to give them icecream in the end of our meeting! Oh, how they were glad!They so MUCH REJOICED by it!
A girl told us:"Only you give to us icecream.No one else." We are not able bring to them often icecream. Can you imagine how seldom they eat it? We pray God will bless and we will bring to them sweets, icecream etc. each our journey there.

In the end many hugs and kisses, it is heavy to leave them here. They all time say "will stay and live with us" or "come back soon" or "come oftener" etc.

These children live here all time and they do not have vacations. They do not leave this place to go somewhere. Our dream to do a summer camp here for them during if only 5 days. It would be a great blessing for them! 

Also our dream is will take them to some place to show even any town, to be in McDonald or nice park or zoo. They have never been there! Can you imagine it? 

What a blessing and such gladness would be to orphans to show  animals in zoo what God created!

If they are exciting so much a little candy or icecream! Can you imagine how they will be happy to see elephant or monkey, camels and different birds! Want to cry just to think about it and imagine their so much happy faces to seeing different animals or being in McDonalds!...

Look what we have!

Great! Great! Great! Many of you praying and God answers on prayers!He LOVES orphans even much more that we do! And He cares about them!

look what we have!God sent to us foam sheets big and small and also paper plates! These all things we can use for crafts with kiddos!

Do these crafts supplies necessary more for us?Of course! We have many kids who enjoy making crafts their hands!They LOVE much make crafts! Thank you! Oh how they will be happy to use it!

And also look at these boxes.Guess what is inside? Hmmm...

Ok.I will let you know our new blessing. We have full boxes of clothes, sandals and toys to children! Oh my goodness what a blessing we have! These all things are soooo beautiful! I can only imagine how children will be happy to receive these toys and clothes! WOW!

Next day

As i promised to you  will let you know little by little our journeys to orphans we had 2 weeks ago (before graduation of orphans).

When we have visited orphans on Friday. Next day it was Saturday we were able to visit orphans(boys) in mental institution.

What a great day we had!Some even more volunteers(members of our Church) could to be with us and helped in ministry.

We had big "team" and it was such big blessing! Yes, it was more easier for us, because each child necessary care and attention.We really were glad by it and thankful to the lord!

We had a wonderful day with kids in this day! We divided all kids by 2 groups, younger and older. We had Bible time with each of group of children. We sang song with movements, they really excited that! They LOVE guitar!

This time we told them Bible story about Daniel in lion den.Yes, we told to them very simple way, they will understand clear.We hope they understand.Because their knowledges are very and very poor. They never have seen lion.We had to explain to them what is the animal a lion. We used visual illustrations to show them lions and they all listened attentively the Bible story.

Also we have played a game with them "Pin the tail on the lion".It was real funny and boys excited by this game! They did great job!

And in the end of our meeting, children made crafts. Daniel is with lion. 

They needed to color one side of the picture, other side of the picture already was colored. The crafts was two-sided. They watched on the example and color it. After that we helped them glued and have  cut out and placed onto wooden stick.

God has blessed and we were able to give to them whole banana, not half how we gave them last time because we were not able.:) They love much bananas! Some boys even asked more!We had a great and wonderful time with these boys!

After that we could to visit and have played with kids who are heavy much. It is most of all heavy place. They also necessary  love and care. Usually we use here puppet show and guitar. After we gave them bananas we could to have played with them. Oh, how they were glad! Many of them smiled and pulled their hands to play with them!Yes, we did it! We have played with them, tickled, rotated, kept carried in our hands, had swing and stroked their heads.Some of kiddos love just jump.

Really,we got tired much! We had 2 groups of kids Bible lesson and after that, we have played with other children. But we were happy! We were glad much we could to see these sweet, precious and adorable kids! We were glad to spend time with them and showed if only a little bit God love!

Сonquering of Jericho

Сonquering of Jericho it was a subject our last meeting with orphans which we visit regularly every Friday.I would like came back 2 weeks ago and tell you about blessings which we had during this time before graduation of orphans. It was amazing and great! Even 2 weeks have gone but we still exciting! We are exciting God`s blessings and His mercy to us!

We were busy much i did not have a time to say about it. Little by little i will try to tell you all blessings we have!

We can not be silent about it! We have to praise the Lord, tell everyone how He is great and wonderful and He is alive God Who still makes miracles today!

Bible says:"Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven." Psalm 148:12-13(KJV)  and all Psalm 148

Oh my goodness!We were so blessed when we came to orphanage some children already waited for us, some of them run to us and helped to carry our bags. But most of all we were shocked when more and more and more children came to class.More and more children were arriving and joined.WOW! What a blessing! They all wanted to hear God`s Word!Can you believe that?We were amazed to see all kids! We had full class!We were so happy, blown away and thankful to the Lord!

I remember a time when we thought that more children will come to Bible lesson. We knew children who wanted to join but we have very small class and do not have a place for them. Each time when we go we do not know what room we will use for our meeting. We were thinking how will decide this matter that other kids could be with us.
But this time God blessed and we even did not expect it!Yes, class is not big, some children had to stand because was not chairs but everyone was happy. It was amazing!

This time we decided to do unusually lesson.We made craft in beginning of lesson. As our subject of the Lesson was about Jericho, we made a horn.

We used cardboard toilet paper tubes and we made paper cone for children.It took us almost all night to prepare it!Yes, we  got tired but we were exciting to make it to help children.

 Children needed to put together tube and cone and fasten off it by a scotch tape. After that they colored their horns.

In this time other kiddos were curious and have watched through the window.

After that we placed glue and children did put their horns in color glitter they wanted.We had 3 colors of glitter red, green and gold.

Yes, it was a mess! But children LOVED these horns! They could to blow and showed everyone their horns and told the Bible story!They were excited by it!

Nastya loves to help us clean a class after the mess.Paul is enjoying his horn.

After the Bible story about conquering of Jericho we have played a game. As all time they all pulled up their hands! They all wanted to play!

Children needed to walked around of our Jericho wall how much Bible says.When children walked around of the wall, some of them did blow in their horns.

When children were walking last circle around of the wall, everyone in class did blow in their horns. It was so much funny!Children really enjoyed this Bible story!

Nadya and Oksana conducted a game "Help spies escape".Children answered questions about the Bible story  in order to get to move the spies down the wall.

The meeting with kids was wonderful and amazing! Children did not want to let us go and helped us to load everything into the van.

Some boys were running until they could to see us and waved their hands.

But here is the end...they can not leave this place...It is so heavy to leave them here...

It was our last meeting of Bible lesson.Next autumn we will continue learn Bible stories and Bible heroes, if God`s will.Some kids will go to summer camp which we know.Probably we will see them there?We hope.

We were so blessed and exciting came back to home! We admired of our sweet kiddos!How they are precious and darling!We were blown away how the Lord blessed our time with these amazing kids! It was fantastic day!How is wonderful our Lord Jesus!
