2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, [and] giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2:2 For kings, and [for] all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
2:3 For this [is] good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. (1Timothy 2:1-4)KJV

  1. Sending prayers for peace and justice for Ukraine and her people. Things sound considerably more encouraging this evening, at least in the reports over here.

    Stay safe - you and all of those at BOM are in my prayers, along with Ukraine itself.

  2. I am praying for Ukraine, Alla...for peace and unity between the people and government, for wisdom for all, for repentance of those who beat people so recklessly and for forgiveness. Most of all, we pray for the Lord's will to be done, for His kingdom to come and to bring glory to His name. He is in control of all the things and I pray He will give His children in Ukraine peace of heart and mind and complete trust in Him. God bless you for asking us to pray and showing the videos. I would have never known about this otherwise...it was very disturbing and heart wrenching to watch people get beat like that by their own government. We have had many protests ending up like that here in America many times over many years. Sometimes people have to take a stand for what is right (although I am not sure about this situation in Ukraine) and it sounds like the protest was peaceable but angered the authorities. I pray the Lord will bring good out of this for Ukraine and bless this country greatly.
