The Babel tower
How
many people in the world try to glorify themselves, but not the living God
their Creator? How many people in the world use different methods to glorify
their name, but not God who has created the sky, the earth and all that has
been given to us for pleasure?
Today
God gave us the chance to tell the children in an orphanage the Bible story
about the tower
of Babel. We did not have
pictures to show them, so we found cardboard boxes and the children tried to
imagine people of that time constructing the tower of Babel.
We had the opportunity to teach them a new song, The Name of the Lord is a Strong Tower.
We taught the children that when difficulties come to their lives, they can
take cover only in the tower of the Lord. Only He can help and protect them. As
we spoke with them, we played games. At the end of the lesson, we made a craft
tower which will remind them of this meeting.

A wonderful blessing!
We
have had a wonderful blessing! Recently one of the orphans, named Misha,
accepted Jesus Christ. He studied in one of the orphanages where we have our
ministry. As a result, Misha invited his friend Roman to our church. Roman
graduated from Misha’s orphanage. Today Roman accepted Jesus Christ. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
"I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance." Luke 15:7

How orphans live
Many orphanages are struggling for the most basic
needs of food, clothes, medicine and many other.
Every orphanage has difference needs.
Here are few photos shows orphans life.
Many orphans are malnourished and need medical care.Poor diet and health problems are a common for orphans.
This is a building what belongs to orphanage.
We have orphanages regularly ask who need help in vital areas. They need repair some buildings, roofs of buildings and improve the childrens bath/toilet facilities and etc.
Orphans don't receive any Birthday presents, celebration, or the care they need.
storage for shoes
The storage for clothes. Orphans often have very worn out clothes and shoes. It is a real need and joy for these children to get new clothes.
bedroom
In the winter, most hands cold and many of the children need new jackets, sweaters and coats. Most are wearing their coats in the building.
Warm blankets needed for orphans in cold climates, who sometimes have to sleep under simple blanket.
no hot water and no light at bathroom
Shoes are one of the Big Needs for Orphans.
Their shoes often have holes, as in picture,
or are too small and hurt their feet.
Meeting with orphans
Today
we had another opportunity to meet with the children in K-v orphanage. We had
Sunday School with the younger children. The children heard a new Bible story,
learned a new song, played games and we ended the lesson with crafts.
The
other part of our team met with the older children and spoke about their
purpose in life. They also played games and sang songs that glorified the Lord.
Unfortunately,
it wasn’t possible for us to see many of the kiddies because many of them are
ill with high temperatures, coughs, etc. If you are reading this article right
now, please pray that the Lord would help the orphans with their needs.

Bible Class in an orphanage
How
beautiful it is to see the lovely faces of these children again! The Lord gave
us the chance to have a Bible class in a K. orphanage. Each of the children
runs toward us so that we will embrace them or pat them on the head. This is so
important for the children! They are deprived of attention and care from
parents. It is important to tell the orphans that we love them and that the
reason we come again and again is because of our love for them. But Jesus loves
them even more because He has given His life for each of them!
We
had a wonderful time! Today we were able to speak again about God’s love for
them and for sinners throughout the world. We learned a new song, played
developmental games and games about a Bible story. At the end of the lesson, we
made crafts. The children were very happy!
We
are so glad to spend time with these children! We are also thankful each time
God gives us the opportunity to see these kids again and spend time
communicating and talking about the Lord Jesus Christ’s love for us!

Meeting with kids
God
gave us the chance to have Sunday School in K-v last week. It was interesting
to see the children run into the class like bees to honey. While we shared a
Bible story about Cain and Abel, we were able to give the children fruit. They
were very happy! They enjoyed learning a new song, and they especially liked
the game we played called Nuts. In this game there was a hidden Bible subject
in each nut. The children took turns opening the nuts and answering the
questions. In one of the nuts there was a surprise. One girl won the surprise,
which was a toy. Children
lifted hands and asked us that they called to the blackboard. The children are so grateful to have any toy or trinket, because they do
not have any personal possessions.
We could to visit 2 orphanages

Kids in N. B. orphanage |
Our Lord is wonderful! We were able to
visit 2 more orphanages. In one of them, we had Sunday School. We had a great time with kids. Also God has given
us the chance to visit an orphanage in U. Last time when we were there, there were many
children. The hall was full, and there was not enough space for all
of the kids. We had to divide the children into 2 groups, older and younger. Last time we were with
smaller children. Well at this time it was possible to meet the older children. There were about 100 children. We had a fine
time. We sang, played and spoke about the most important thing,
about the Lord Jesus Christ. The children were actively involved in games, songs and
communion. All were glad we visited and we were invited to come again!!!
